With reference to the letter dated May 05, 2015, informing about the changes in the Board of Directors of the Company, IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd has informed BSE that due to certain restrictions under the Companies Act, 2013, Mr. Milind Patel will be a Non-Executive Director of the Company<BR><BR>Further with reference to circular dated February 03, 2014, and as per the provisions of the Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in shares of the Company will be closed from July 31, 2015 to August 12, 2015 (both days inclusive) due to the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on August 11, 2015, for adoption of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
