IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd has informed BSE that as per the provisions of the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in shares of the Company will be closed from January 17, 2015 to January 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) due to the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on January 29, 2015, for adoption of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
