We wish to inform you that, Mr. Selvaraj has been relieved from the post of Company Secretary with effect from close of business hours of October 17, 2017. Consequent to this, he also ceases to be the Compliance Officer of the Company.<BR> <BR> His successor is already short-listed by the Management, who shall be appointed at the ensuing Board Meeting and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange.
