Indag Rubber Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 27, 2014, to declare of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2014-2015.<br/><br/>Further, in pursuance of clause 36 of the Listing Agreement read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window will be closed from September 17, 2014 to September 29, 2014, both days inclusive.
