Indag Rubber Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 04, 2015, inter alia, to consider: -<BR><BR>1. the audited financial results for the quarter and half ended September 30, 2015, and<BR><BR>2. to declare the interim dividend for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, in pursuance of clause 36 of the Listing Agreement read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will be closed from October 28, 2015 to November 06, 2015 both days inclusive.
