India Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following :<br/><br/>1. Approved the proposal to issue of QIP / FCCB / GDR / other securities for a sum not exceeding Rs. 500 crores (US$ 80 million), subject to the approval of the shareholders and other appropriate authorities;<br/><br/>2. Approved the proposal for delisting of equity shares of the Company from Madras Stock Exchange Limited.
