India Cements Ltd has informed BSE that pending approval of the Scheme of Amalgamation between Trinetra Cement Limited (First Transferor Company) and Trishul Concrete Products Limited (Second Transferor Company) with The India Cements Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders by the High Court of Judicature at Madras, the Company has applied and got extension upto December 31, 2014 from the Registrar of Companies for holding the AGM for the financial year ended March 31, 2014.
