India Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company at their meetings held on February 10, 2016 recorded the retirement of Mr. G. Balakrishnan, Senior President & Company Secretary, with effect from the close of March 31, 2016. The Board also approved the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee to appoint Mr. S. Sridharan as Company Secretary with effect from April 01, 2016.
