Balakrishnan as Senior President and Company Secretary of the Company at the close of the business hours on March 31, 2016, Mr. S. Sridharan has assumed the office of the Company Secretary with effect from April 01, 2016. He will also act as the Compliance Officer with immediate effect. | |
