With reference to the earlier letter dated January 19, 2017 regarding a meeting of the Board of Directors of Company will be held on January 27, 2017 to consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016, India Motor Parts & Accessories Ltd has now informed BSE that in the aforesaid meeting, Board of Directors may consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2016-17.
