| India Motor Parts and Accessories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 27, 2014, inter alia, have declared a Special Dividend of Rs. 4/- Per Share (40%) on account of completing 60 Years (Diamond Jubilee).
