India Nippon Electricals Ltd has informed BSE that a Board meeting of the Company will be held on October 30, 2014 for considering the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the trading window for dealing in the Companys scrips by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from October 16, 2014 to October 31, 2014 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
