With reference to the earlier letter dated January 12, 2017 intimating the period of trading window closure, India Nippon Electricals Ltd has now informed BSE that it has been decided to convene a Board Meeting on January 27, 2017 for considering the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 & may also consider payment of interim dividend to the shareholders for the financial year 2016-17.
