| Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that upon exercise of stock options vested, in terms of IBFSL - ICSL Employees Stock Option Plan -2006, IBFSL - ICSL Employees Stock Option Plan II -2006 and Employees Stock Option Plan - 2008 by certain eligible employees, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 26, 2013, has allotted an aggregate of 31,037 (Thirty One Thousand And Thirty Seven) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to such employees.<br/><br/>Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 62,49,60,260/- divided into 31,24.80,130 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 62,50,22,334/- divided into 31,25,11,167 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each. | |
