| Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2015, inter alia, has declared a third Interim Dividend of Rs. 9/- per equity share (on the face value of Rs. 2 per share) for the financial year 2014-2015.
