Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has informed BSE that the Century Ltd ("Century"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in Jersey, proposes to purchase certain 10.25% senior notes due 2019, which were issued by Century under an indenture dated November 12, 2014 and guaranteed by the Company along with its certain subsidiaries, on the terms and subject to the conditions contained in the tender offer memorandum. These notes are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
