| Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014:<br/><br/>The Audited results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2014<br/><br/>The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 108.263 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 as compared to Rs. 1210.492 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2013. Total Income has decreased from Rs. 1911.840 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 to Rs. 700.726 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>The Audited results for the Year ended March 31, 2014<br/><br/>The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 1445.532 million for the year ended March 31, 2014 as compared to Rs. 2685.610 million for the year ended March 31, 2013. Total Income has decreased from Rs. 5886.624 million for the year ended March 31, 2013 to Rs. 3875.936 million for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>The Consolidated Results are as follows:<br/><br/>The Audited Consolidated results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2014<br/><br/>The Group has posted a net profit after taxes, minority interest and share of profit / (loss) of associates of Rs. 416.720 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 as compared to Rs. 519.450 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2013. Total Income has decreased from Rs. 4225.327 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 to Rs. 3418.497 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>The Audited Consolidated results for the Year ended March 31, 2014<br/><br/>The Group has posted a net profit after taxes, minority interest and share of profit of associates of Rs. 2238.444 million for the year ended March 31, 2014 as compared to Rs. 1741.978 million for the year ended March 31, 2013. Total Income has decreased from Rs. 13462.832 million for the year ended March 31, 2013 to Rs. 17999.746 million for the year ended March 31, 2014. | |
