| Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 23, 2014, inter alia, has declared the Third Interim dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share (on the face value of Rs. 2 per share) for the financial year 2013-14, on all equity shares of the Company, excluding 4,25,00,000 treasury shares. The dividend will be paid on or before May 22, 2014. | |
