Indiabulls Wholesale Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 27, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Trading Window of the Company, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, shall remain closed from October 18, 2014 till October 28, 2014, in view of Board Meeting scheduled for October 27, 2014, for the aforesaid purpose.
