INDIAN BANK - FY16 results on May 11, 2016

Indian Bank has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 11, 2016, inter alia, for approving the Standalone / Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2016 and recommendation of dividend for the year 2015-16, if any.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealings in securities of the Bank will remain closed from May 03, 2016 to May 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) for Directors / Designated Employees of the Bank. The Trading Window will open on May 16, 2016.
