With reference to the earlier letter dated February 25, 2015 regarding copy of Notice dated February 20, 2015 for the Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Bank to be held on March 23, 2015, Indian Bank has now informed BSE that the Bank is providing E-Voting facility to the shareholders of the Bank for exercising their right to vote on the resolution mentioned in the Notice for the Extra-ordinary General Meeting. The date and time of the commencement and closure of E-Voting facility are as under:<BR><BR>1. Commencement - March 17, 2015 at 10.00 a.m. (IST)<BR><BR>2. Closure - March 19, 2015 at 5.00 p.m. (IST)
