Indian Bank has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on January 10, 2014, inter alia, for:<br/><br/>1. Declaration of interim dividend for the year 2013-14 if any; and<br/><br/>2. Approval of conversion of Perpetual Non Cumulative Preference Capital of the Bank held by Government of India into Equity Capital.
