Indian Hotels Company Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Raymond Bickson, MD and CEO of the Company has expressed a desire to resign from the services of the Company and pursue his professional interests elsewhere. During a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 07, 2014, the Board has accepted Mr. Bicksons resignation. Mr. Bickson will step down as the Companys Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer effective August 31, 2014.
