| With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 07, 2014, regarding a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on July 21, 2014 inter alia to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014 ("UFR") and other business matters, Indian Infotech and Software Ltd has informed BSE that "said meeting, has been postponed and the same is proposed to be held on July 28, 2014 at 4:30 P.M. at the Registered Office of the Company.<br/><br/>The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from July 7, 2014 to July 23, 2014 as informed earlier vide the Company's said notice, and the same shall remain closed till July 29, 2014.<br/><br/>The above said information has already been disclosed to all the directors, senior level officers and designated employees of the Company. | |
