With reference to the earlier letter dated December 12, 2015 regarding Capital Raising Plans of the Bank, Indian Overseas Bank has now informed BSE that an EGM will be convened on March 24, 2016, Thursday at Chennai to take shareholders approval for issue of Equity shares on Preferential Basis.
