| Indian Overseas Bank has informed BSE that The Government of India, vide its notification dated March 13, 2014 and in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (3) of section 9 of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/1980, read with sub-clause(1) of clause 3 of The Nationalized Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/1980, has appointed Shri Nirmal Chand, as RBI Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of the Bank with effect from March 13, 2014 and until further orders. | |
