Indian Toners and Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on November 06, 2014, to consider the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014 the trading window for dealing in the companys equity shares by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from October 27, 2014 to November 09, 2014 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Companys code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
