With reference to the announcement made with respect to meeting of Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on August 11, 2017 to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017, we wish to inform you that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the Company's Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from August 4, 2017 to August 14, 2017 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transactions involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
