IndiaNivesh Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 14, 2015, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015, Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the Companys Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from August 06, 2015 to August 17, 2015 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transactions involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
