With reference to the announcement made with respect to meeting of Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on November 04, 2015 to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015, <BR>IndiaNivesh Ltd has now informed BSE that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the Companys Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from October 23, 2015 to November 05, 2015 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transactions involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
