IndiaNivesh Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to approve the following:<BR><BR>1. 1. The Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015 and Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 as required under revised Clause 41 of the Listing agreement;<BR><BR>2. To recommend Final dividend for the financial year 2014-2015.<BR><BR>Further, that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the Company's Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from May 14, 2015 till June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transactions involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
