| IndiaNivesh Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on February 12, 2016, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015, Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the Companys Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from February 01, 2016 to February 15, 2016 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transactions involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
