Indo Amines Ltd has informed BSE that as per Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, pursuant to the securities of Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of conveying 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company for the year March 31, 2016, for all the officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from May 13, 2016 till i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges.
