As per Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, pursuant to the securities of Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2017 for all the officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from Thursday, 27th April, 2017 till i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges.
