Indoco Remedies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, have recommended dividend of Rs. 0.20 per share on face value of Rs. 2/- per share (10%) for the year 2015-16, which will be paid on or after August 03, 2016 subject to approval by the shareholders at the 69th Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 10.30 a.m. and concluded at 12.15 p.m.
