Indowind Energy Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2016, to consider and approve, the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, In terms of the Prohibition of insider trading code adopted by the Company, the Trading window for trading in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the companys Directors and other designated persons (including their immediate relatives from May 14, 2016 to May 26, 2016 (both days inclusive).
