Indowind Energy Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 08, 2017, inter alia, to consider the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In terms of the Prohibition of Insider trading code adopted by the Company, the Trading window for trading in securities of the company shall remain closed for the Company's Directors and other designated persons (including their immediate relatives from February 03, 2017 to February 10, 2017 (both days inclusive).
