Indowind Energy Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015 commenced its discussions on the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015 and since the discussions could not be completed, a decision was taken to adjourn the meeting to June 16, 2015 to continue and complete the discussions on the Audited Financial Results.
