With reference to the earlier letter dated March 30, 2015, informing that the Company has acquired 4.75 crores shares of Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited (MNGL) in the first tranche at a price of Rs. 38/- (Rupees Thirty Eight). Per equity share from certain financial investor shareholders of MNGL.<BR><BR>Indraprastha Gas Ltd has now informed BSE that, in the second & final tranche, the Company has acquired 25 lacs shares of MNGL at a price of Rs. 38 (Rupees Thirty Eight) per equity shares of MNGL.<BR><BR>Presently, the Company holds 5 crores shares (constituting 50% of present paid up capital) of MNGL.
