Indraprastha Gas Ltd has informed BSE that meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on August 11, 2017, inter-alia :<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017.<BR><BR>2. To consider the proposal of sub division of equity shares of the Company having face value of Rs. 10/- each.<BR><BR>The Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed w.e.f. August 4, 2017 till the expiry of 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results are made public on August 11, 2017.
