Spolia has resigned as a Director / Chairman of the Company, consequent upon his transfer from the office of Chief Secretary, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.<br/><br/>2. Ms. Archana Arora has resigned as a Director of the Company, consequent upon her transfer from the office of Principal Secretary - Finance, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.<br/><br/>3. The Board of Directors of the Company have appointed Mr. S. K. Srivastava -Chief Secretary, Govt. of NCT of Delhi as an Additional Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.<br/><br/>4. The Board of Directors of the Company have appointed Dr. M. M. Kutty -Principal Secretary - Finance, Govt. of NCT of Delhi as an Additional Director of the Company.
