| We hereby inform you that the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be held on Tuesday, 26th September, 2017. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, 16th September, 2017 to Tuesday, 26th September, 2017 (both days inclusive) for annual closing and for declaration of dividend for the year 2016-17.<BR> <BR> The dividend, on shares for the year 2016-17 @ Rs. 1.80 per share (i.e 18%), if declared by the members at the Annual General Meeting, shall be paid to all the members whose names appear :-<BR> a) as Members on the Register of Members of the Company as on 26th September, 2017, after giving effect to all valid share transfers in physical form lodged with the Company up to the closing hours of business on 15th September, 2017, and <BR> b) as Beneficial owners as per the Statement of Beneficial Ownership to be furnished by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) in respect of the shares held in dematerialized form as at the closing hours of business on 15th September, 2017. <BR> | |
