| Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from the start on January 30, 2016 till on February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of consideration of Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015 on February 10, 2016.<BR><BR>The "Trading Window" shall reopen for dealing in the equity shares of the Company from the start of business hours on February 13, 2016. | |
