Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2015, has considered and approved the following:-<BR><BR>- Codes of Practices and Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Code of Conduct as required under Regulation 8(1) and Regulation 9(1) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 respectively to be effective from May 15, 2015.
