| Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 24, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from the start of business hours at 9:30 A.M. on October 13, 2015 till 6.00 P.M. on October 26, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of consideration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 on October 24, 2015 for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company.<BR><BR>The "Trading Window" shall reopen for dealing in the equity shares of the Company from the start of business hours on October 27, 2015. | |
