Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from the start of business hours at 9:30 A.M. on July 25, 2015 till 6.00 P.M. on August 10, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 on August 08, 2015 for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company.<BR><BR>The Trading Window shall reopen for dealing in the equity shares of the Company from the start of business hours on August 11, 2015.
