Dear Sir, Subject: Regulation 7(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 IndusInd Bank Limited We have to advise that the Senior Management official of the Bank have dealt in Bank's shares which arose out of the Options exercised by him under the ESOP Scheme of the Bank. The said official had done the reporting of transaction in shares of the Bank in compliance with Regulation of 7(2) (a) and (b) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
