Indusind Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank will remain closed from December 26, 2014 till the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2014 and one day thereafter for all the employees / directors of the Bank in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 1992.<BR><BR>The date of the Board Meeting of the Bank for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated in due course.
