| Infinite Computer Solutions (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 13, 2014 to September 23, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 23, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to Rule 20(3)(vii) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed August 08, 2014 as the relevant (cut off) date to determine shareholders eligible to cast their votes electronically for transacting the items at the said AGM. | |
