Info-Drive Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 15, 2014 have fixed December 26, 2014 as the Record Date for the purpose of sub-division (split) of the existing equity shares of the Company having the face value of Rs.10 per share into 10 equity shares having a face value of Re. 1 each.
